These library programs are designed for the library's teenage readers in grades 6-12.

Teen & Tween Día De Los Muertos Kits
Pick Up Your Kit(s) during Normal Hours of Operation at the Library
from November 2nd - November 27th
This program is for Tweens and Teens ages 10-18
Attention Teens and Tweens! We invite you to come by the library and get a take-home kit to celebrate Día De Los Muertos. These kits contain a brief history of the holiday, an envelope of Abuelita's Mexican Style Hot Chocolate, delicious Polvorones (Mexican wedding cookies), a coloring bookmark and pen, and all the materials needed to create your very own mini donkey piñata. Celebrate and learn about this traditional Mexican holiday from the comfort of your home with these kits! Kits will be available during the month of November.

Teen & Tween Craft: DIY Pumpkin String Art
Thursday, November 21st from 4:30pm - 7:00pm
Calling all teens and tweens from ages 10-18! Join us for an evening of creativity and fun as we craft pumpkin string art. Using just string, nails, and a wooden board, you will create a stunning piece of art to take home. All materials provided. If you are interested in attending, please register online here.

Teen Advisory Board Meeting
Monday, November 25th at 6:00pm
This program has been canceled! Teens in grades 7-12 are invited to join the library’s Teen Advisory Board (TAB)! At this meeting, we will create a book display and plan programs! Pokémon Club
Tuesday, December 3rd at 6:00pm
Teens are invited to join our Pokémon Club! Bring your Pokémon cards, games, or phone for mobile gaming, and battle with other fans, enjoy snacks, and meet new teens! Bring your own deck or borrow one of ours. If you are interested in attending, please register online here.

Teens are invited to join the Tiefling Tea Party! This group provides a safe and welcoming space for teens to be their true authentic selves and to meet new teens in the area! Teen & Tween Craft: DIY Snow Globe - Friends of the Library Holiday Party

Calling all Teens and Tweens (ages 10-18). Get ready to dive into the holiday spirit at the 19th Annual Friends of the Library Holiday Party, featuring a special DIY Snow Globe Craft. Join us as we use mason jars, glitter, water, and small figures inspired by the classic Home Alone movies—including mini pizza slices, toy soldiers, cars, and spiders—to create your own magical snow globe. Teen Board Game Night: Holiday Edition
