Making a Community Impact
From assembling kits for people experiencing homelessness to helping cats socialize at Bailey’s Cat Haven, TAB members take on meaningful projects that support our community and build real‑world skills.
Leadership Pathways
TAB uses a three‑tier leadership model — Explorer, Creator, and Trailblazer — that celebrates growth and gives every member a chance to shine, whether you’re just getting started or ready to mentor others.
