Printing, Copying, and Scanning at the Library

Printing

Printing is available at each of our patron computers. Please type in your name in the box that appears on your screen when you select a program window’s “Print” option.

Black and White Printing is $0.10 per page. Please use the “South Park Main” printer for black and white printing!

Color Printing is $0.25 per page. Please use the “South Park Color” printer for color printing!

Please pick up and pay for your prints at the front desk.

Mobile Printing

Did you know that you can use or phone or other Internet connected device to send prints to our printer via web, e-mail, or mobile app and pick up your prints at our front desk? If you’ve used this service in the past, please note that we’ve changed our mobile printing procedures and are currently using ePRINTit, the library’s mobile printing service.

Mobile Print jobs must be picked up WITHIN 24 HOURS of sending them and will be available ONLY WHEN THE LIBRARY IS OPEN. Mobile Print jobs will Auto-Delete from the Library computers.

Printing is $0.10 per page for black and white prints and $0.25 per page for color prints! We accept cash or a check.

Printing from the Web:

To print from your laptop or mobile device

1. Visit our online printer page.
2. Select files to print.
3. Select your printing options (number of copies, color options, etc.)
4. Enter your name or library card number.
5. Use the Submit button.
6. Visit our front desk during regular business hours. Your prints will be released to the Library’s printer and paid for at the front desk.
7. Please provide your name, nickname, or library card number that you used when sending us your prints.
8. Pay for your items with cash or a check.

NOTE: If you are sending us your prints inside the library building, please make sure your laptop or mobile device is connected to our Wireless Network.

Printing from E-Mail:

To print an e-mail message and/or attachments via E-Mail.

1. Start a new e-mail and attach the file(s) you want to print out in black and white or color by using one of the following e-mail addresses.

   For Black and White: bw-SouthPark@eprintitsaas.com

   For Color: color-SouthPark@eprintitsaas.com 

2. You will receive release instructions by e-mail that can be used to retrieve your printouts.
   NOTE: The body of the e-mail and all attachments will be sent out as separate print jobs. You can choose which body of the e-mail and attachments you want to print before you pay. 
3. Visit our front desk during regular business hours. Your prints will be released to the Library’s printer and paid for at the front desk.
4. Please provide the e-mail address that you used to send the print.
5. Pay for your items with cash or a check.

NOTE: If you are e-mailing us your prints inside the library building, please make sure your mobile device is connected to our Wireless Network.

Printing from the ePRINTit Saas Mobile App:

1. Download the ePRINTit Saas app from your device’s app store
2. Choose the library where you want to pick up your print.
3. Select files to print.
4. Select your printing options (number of copies, color options, etc.)
5. Enter your name or library card number.
6. Use the Submit button.
7. Visit our front desk during regular business hours. Your prints will be released to the Library’s printer and paid for at the front desk.
8. Please provide your name, nickname, or library card number that you used when sending us your prints.
9. Pay for your items with cash or a check.

Copying

The copier is located by the library’s front desk. Please pay for any copies that are made at the front desk.

Black and white copies are $0.25 a page.

Color copies are $0.50 a page.

Premium black and white copies, including double sided pages, are $0.50 per page.

Premium color copies, including double sided pages, are $1.00 per page.

Scanning

The copier by the library’s front desk will also allow patrons to scan files to a flash drive. Please ask one of our staff members for assistance, if you would like something scanned!
